Job description

Although this role will predominantly be working remotely, the ideal candidate will be based in London to attend site meetings. The position will involve collaborating with the director of a small, high-quality, residential studio. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Part 2 or newly qualified architect who is able to use Vectorworks, Sketchup or similar 3D software. You should be visually astute, care about design, be prepared to take ownership of a task, self-motivated, and good at communicating. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all stages from concept to completion and be able to design according to the UK building regulations. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish would be a very strong advantage as a number of schemes are based there.

Responsibilities
  • All Stages 0-6 Concept to Completion
  • Particular responsibilities to design and CAD well-organised packages of information at each stage
  • Some site attendance
  • 20-30 hours per week time required
  • Flexible Working Hours
Qualifications
  • BA degree in architecture
  • Part 2 qualification minimum
  • 3+ years of work experience
  • Strong organisational, creative and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Vectorworks would be a strong bonus
