Requirements for the ideal Witney EYFS Assistant:

1. Level 3 childcare or equivalent (a bonus but not a requirement)
2. 1 year’s experience working as an EYFS TA/TA or in a similar role in schools or child club settings
3. Ability to work with different learning difficulties and SEN
4. Confident personality to engage in all classroom activities
5. Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
