Hours: 08:30am – 15:30pm (Full-Time, Term Time Only)
Salary: £83.50 - £90 per day (subject to experience)

As a Youth Behaviour Mentor – Theale, you will work with young learners in a Primary school with Year 5 children who portray nonconforming behaviour that needs specialist adult intervention. A Youth Behaviour Mentor – Theale will implement specific strategies, provide emotional support and promote positive habits that will improve their overall well-being and social interactions with their peers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement specific strategies to support children with nonconforming behavior.
2. Provide emotional support and promote positive habits.
3. Adapt approaches and strategies to meet the specific needs of individual students.

The Primary senior leadership team is looking for an individual who demonstrates excellent behavioural management skills, is committed to improving the life of a challenging young person, and has relevant experience working with difficult behaviour, mental health issues, or SEN children.
