Job Description

• Oversee and manage the company's corporate finance and working capital.
• Develop and execute financial strategies in line with the company's objectives.
• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to make decisions on investment funding.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results.
• Establish and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance and Working Capital Director should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA - 5 years PQE)
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within the technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and working capital management.
• Excellent strategic planning and financial analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and databases.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
