A leading, high-growth Oil and Gas business is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager

Your new company

A high growth, well-backed business with operations in the UK, Europe, and the US. The company aims to develop and significantly increase its portfolio this year and next and is very well funded to achieve these goals.

Your new role

Working with both the Global Head of Strategy, Head of Corporate Finance & COO, this role focuses on collaborating with the investment team, building portfolio management strategies, and identifying investment strategies.

Duties

Implement and own strategic decision-making and processes
Work with deal teams to implement and grow opportunities
Individual portfolio valuation
Scenario modelling and valuation methodology
Presenting to the board
Contributing to the strategic direction of the business

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to come from a corporate finance, project development, or investment background, ideally with exposure within the sector or a related area. The role is a broad in-home function, providing a brilliant opportunity to be involved with the investment team across the whole deal process and expand your career in a growing, global business. Valuation experience is essential.
