CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter, Operator
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £20.00 - £22.00 Per Hour

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller - Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills to produce high-precision components for the luxury gun and rifle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programming, setting, and operating Heidenhain CNC milling machines
2. Working with tight tolerances and high-spec materials
3. Ensuring all parts meet strict quality and performance standards
4. Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
5. Collaborating with engineers and quality inspectors to maintain precision and efficiency
6. Maintaining machines and ensuring a safe and clean working environment

1. Proven experience as a CNC Miller - Programmer/Setter/Operator
2. Strong knowledge of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining
3. Familiarity with Heidenhain
4. Background in Motorsport, F1, Aerospace machining preferred
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. High attention to detail and commitment to quality

1. Excellent rates of pay
