£35,000 - £40,000 (£50k OTE) + Overtime + Days Based + Monday to Friday + 34 Days Holiday

Bedford

Are you a CNC Setter / Operator from a milling background looking for a Monday to Friday, days-only local role with a market-leading aerospace company offering 34 days holiday, a great work-life balance and optional overtime opportunities to significantly boost your earnings?

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce one-off parts to high precision standards. You will work closely with engineers to ensure specifications are met and will be involved in the quality control process.

Responsibilities:
  1. Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
  2. Produce one-off parts to specifications.
  3. Collaborate with engineers on design specifications.
  4. Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a CNC Miller.
