The role involves managing a 660,000 square foot warehouse with a budget control of 32 million.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Effectively plan all distribution operations on behalf of the retailer to continually improve service and reduce costs.
2. Ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through management of core processes and drive continuous improvement through efficient use of the company's physical and human assets.
3. Maximize the performance of the operation by directing daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
4. Provide leadership, motivation, training, and development of the team, delivering against customer requirements and operational performance.
