You must have the ability to command respect from all divisions of the business, supporting and motivating staff to achieve maximum output and profit. Dealing with people will be a key component, understanding different cultures both near and far.

Sales and marketing experience will be an added bonus; however, our key priority is finding an outstanding leader who will one day take the reins of overall operational activity.
