Summary
Working for a well-established and reputable business within the engineering sector based in Canterbury. Due to their location, you must be a driver with a UK driving license. The successful candidate will initially be working on a specific project, developing Stage 4C/5 drawings.

The hours will be 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4:30 pm on a Friday.

Key Responsibilities

1. Produce fully coordinated working drawings to a high standard for installation purposes.
2. Work on project Stage 4C/5 drawings in line with company and project standards.
3. Utilise software including Revit MEPH, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEPH, and MS Office products.
4. Collaborate effectively with the design and drawing teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
5. Work with provided information while also reviewing specifications, schedules, and technical submittals independently.
6. Ensure compliance with project and company standards.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in Building Services Coordination is essential.
2. Proficiency in Revit MEPH, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD MEPH.
3. Strong technical and presentation skills to deliver high-quality drawings.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting project deadlines.
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Flexibility to adapt to project needs and deadlines.
7. Must have own transport due to office location.
