At our head office in Sarrebourg (France) we are looking for a

Fashion Designer

Attached to the head of our Design department, you will be responsible for the creation of new models.

In this context your main missions will be:

1. You anticipate trends and innovations.
2. You discover new materials and colors and know how to transcribe them into a collection in line with the style of our brand.
3. You participate in the creation of new models, from design to production, ensuring the proper execution of all intermediate stages: template, prototype, sample.
4. You establish a rigorous schedule for each season according to external (fairs, exhibitions, travel) and internal (staff training) constraints.
5. You animate the exchanges between the departments for a continuous improvement of product quality.
6. You manage the suppliers in search of innovations and then in the development of models.
7. You work in close cooperation with all departments related to production and monitor the latter carefully.

You hold a « BAC+2 » BTS in Industrial Modeling / Application Shoes, or a Fashion or Textile High Technology License or equivalent. Preferably have gained a significant professional experience in this field. Intuitive, creative, your anticipation skills will make the difference. Fluency in professional English and German is a plus.
