You will provide on-site technical support and perform customer support tasks.
You will deliver, install, repair, maintain, and test Mako robotic devices.
You will resolve operational issues in the field.
You will identify any issues and perform troubleshooting procedures.
You will determine customer needs and offer recommendations.
You will collaborate with colleagues and share information to ensure first-rate customer support.
You will manage work progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
You will track down and document work progress, and complete service reports.
You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
From 1 - 3 years experience in mechanical equipment maintenance.
Experience in the medical field would be a plus.
Minimum BAC + 2 in Engineering, Maintenance, Biomedical field or equivalent.
You have demonstrated a high degree of technical proficiency and excellent problem-solving skills.
You have demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to interact effectively with customers is necessary.
You are able to manage stress, work effectively under pressure, and respond quickly to challenges.
Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
