Job Description:WHAT - Summary & Purpose of the PositionProvide support and contribute to the C&B and International Mobility teams in various global projects including mapping of the existing grading system, deployment of the Global Benefits roadmap 2024-2026, Pay transparency project, International mobility activities and other new projects which may arise.
WHAT - Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies- Compensation: contribute to the remapping of roles grading in the existing global grading system with the support of external providers as well as creating a simple tool to ensure a sustainable and easy maintenance and governance of the grading for future evolutions.
- Benefits: provide adequate support for the implementation of the Global Benefits Roadmap 2024-2026 by planning and organizing the deployment of the Global Standard of Care across 42 countries, helping on setting proper meetings with internal and external stakeholders, following up on the progress and identifying gaps and remediation options.
- Compensation & Benefits - Pay Transparency: work closely with the Global C&B team worldwide to assess readiness, gaps, risks, and opportunities to build a proper plan for deployment as well as gather external benchmarks on best practices and experiences.
- International Mobility: Provide support in connection with International Mobility activities including immigration process follow-up, medical enrollment, expat invoicing, etc.
HOW - Knowledge & ExperienceKnowledge & Experience (essential):- Professional experience either in HR, Finance, data analysis

- Mastery of Excel and MS Office systems

- Good communication skills
