Modern Workplace Engineering - M365 Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Define migration strategies: facilitate the efficient and secure transfer of infrastructures to Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, or Active Directory solutions, while optimizing user collaboration and productivity.
• Lead the design, installation, and configuration of the company's technological architecture, following the phases of Planning, Analysis, Design, Construction, and Testing.
• Manage medium to large-sized projects, ensuring communication on progress, risk management, and financial health in line with Avanade's commitments to its clients.
• Apply your technical expertise and consulting skills and experience to guide clients and create solutions tailored to their needs.
• Actively participate in the development of client relationships and the creation of business proposals.
• Be responsible for managing teams of onshore & offshore consultants and contribute to the animation of the internal community.
• Be a reference in your field of expertise and share your knowledge within the technical community through deep-dive sessions, articles, and internal training.

Qualifications:

• In-depth expertise in the technologies of the M365 ecosystem, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Proven experience in designing M365 architectures and leading large-scale technical projects.
• Certification in at least one of the following: MS700, MS102, AZ800 / 801, SC300.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French for effective work in an international environment.
• You are passionate about modern infrastructures and have solid experience in the field of M365 project management.
• You have demonstrated your ability to work effectively in a team in an international context and to manage large-scale projects.
• Your proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing allows you to stay at the forefront of technological developments.
• You place quality and customer needs at the centre of your work and are able to advise them effectively.
• Your excellent communication skills enable you to work successfully in a multicultural environment, in English and French.
