Context:

As part of Schneider Electric Data Maturity acceleration journey, Industrial Automation Business Unit (IA BU) has launched a data office to drive data excellence and deliver trusted data@scale across its organization. IA BU Data Office works transversally with all IA BU stakeholders and with all other entities such as country organization and global function teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, HRs, Digital, …).

IA BU Data Office mandates, across IA BU:

• Define and implement the Data Maturity transformation roadmap.
• Implement a Data control environment.
• Structure the Delivery and Adoption of Analytics and AI Initiatives.
• Enhance Data awareness.
• Foster development of Data Domains to guarantee the highest data quality and security.

Your Mission as Data Analyst and Project Management Alternant:

As part of the Data Office team, you'll be at the forefront of data-driven initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Data Quality Programs: Assist the Industrial Automation BU Data Quality Leader in executing data quality programs, including prioritized data cleansing activities across various domains such as Finance, Offer, Engineering, Customers, and Marketing.
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with data stakeholders from IA BU, including Line of Businesses, Countries, and global Functions, to execute cleansing activities and ensure effective communication.
• Conducting Data Analysis: Perform thorough data quality assessments to ensure accuracy and reliability within specific data domains of IA BU.
• Contributing to Analytics Projects: Structure, coordinate, and track progress of data projects to ensure their successful execution and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinating Data Delivery: Collaborate with data delivery teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
• Reporting and Communication: Report results and assist in communications related to data initiatives.

Profile and Competencies:

Education: Grande Ecole de Commerce or equivalent Master degree in a relevant field.

Languages:

• Fluent English.
• French is a plus.

Data Competencies:

• Understanding of data science, strategies, and techniques for effectively handling large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to create clear, concise, and informative reports and dashboards.
• Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
• Interest in business and finance.
• Knowledge in Python & SQL is appreciated.

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively interface with internal teams as well as all cross-functional teams.
• Project Management: Basic project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

• Autonomy: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duration: 2 years.
