Your role

As Sr Production Manager, you will ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. As a steering committee member, your main mission will include making decisions about site master plans, assessing global site resource requirements, ensuring Code Of Conduct and Anti-bribery and corruption respect, and maintaining internal/external networks.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning fine-tuning and organizing production schedules, renegotiating timescales, or schedules as necessary
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with finance and senior director
• Determining quality control standards with the quality department in respect of MAH
• Overseeing production processes - ensuring meeting free corridor is used in a proper manner
• Helping operational purchasers in selecting and ordering materials
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Supervising the work of junior staff
• Organizing relevant training sessions
• Improving Lean expertise
• Hiring people

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business management, production engineering, or relevant discipline
• Fluent English minimum
• French is an asset
• Approx. 10 years of broad experience in a coordinating role within production, logistics, and/or supply management
• Capacity to challenge, negotiate, and communicate with stakeholders
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and create relationships with internal stakeholders (mainly in production but also Supply, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Finance CI Teams, HSE, and Logistics)

As a person, you enjoy managing many different and sometimes complex production processes. You are a good communicator and not afraid to reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in accomplishing your goals. You perform independently and create lasting trustful relations across the business and other stakeholders within your area.
