Reinsurance financial solution is playing an increasingly important role in insurance industry as a powerful tool for insurers in capital management and financial optimization. The solutions are structured and tailor-made to help insurance clients manage volatility of cash flows and P&L, improve capital position or address liquidity strain across wide spectrum of life insurance products.
Globally, the team of Financial Solutions is comprised of 25 reinsurance specialists providing capital motivated reinsurance solutions to optimize the capital position and financial statements of our Life & Health insurance clients. We are multi-function underwriters who lead reinsurance transactions and bring profit to the company. We manage the end-to-end process from client pitch, client/broker communication, portfolio and experience analysis, pricing, structuring and modeling, term negotiation, stakeholder management, treaty review, and deal monitoring. We work closely with different functions in the company in all stages.
With our team, you will develop solid knowledge in capital management and financial solutions, gain exposure to different Life & Health insurance products all over the EMEA region, and experience the whole process of how a reinsurance transaction is done.
Job Summary
As part of the Financial Solutions EMEA team, you will be working closely with the team to support in financial analysis, due diligence, underwriting and financial modelling.
You will be involved in different stages of the transaction, from business origination to execution.
Your responsibilities include monitoring the portfolio performance of Life & Health insurance companies in different markets in the region, performing benchmark analysis, and assisting the team in identifying potential transaction opportunities. You will also be developing pitch decks and performing various analyses, such as credit analysis on our clients and data analysis on clients'portfolios, to help the team better price and structure transactions.
