Job Description

Gameloft is very well-established in the Workday ecosystem, having been one of the first Finance customers in France since 2018, and live on Workday HR since 2022. This is a hybrid role based in Paris.

As part of the Strategy & Transformation department, you will be reporting to the Workday Product Manager and will join a team of 5 Workday experts. Your main responsibility will be to handle the configuration and user support of the Finance modules.

While familiarity with Workday is not a prerequisite, if you have a background in Finance and have championed the use of ERP tools, you might be exactly who we’re looking for!

What you will do:

• Work with Finance Process Owners (Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Procurement) to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processes.
• Support the assigned functional areas by providing user support, gathering operational requirements, and configuring the system.
• Analyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration, and suggest new enhancements.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure shared governance and alignment among all modules.
• Act as functional expert and operational contact to provide user support.
• Maintain documentation for end users and the Workday team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in finance with a minimum of 2 years of experience (internship/apprenticeship included).
• ERP user experience (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is definitely a plus.
• Strong analytical background.
• A customer service mindset and approach.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
