Job summary
A leading logistics firm is seeking an experienced IT/OT Support Engineer for a 100% onsite role in Barcelona. Responsibilities include supporting hardware/software, maintaining IT and OT infrastructure, and managing incidents. Candidates must have a degree in IT Engineering, 4+ years of experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. This position offers a chance to enhance skills in SD-WAN and work with global teams.
Qualifications
- 4 years of hands-on experience in IT/OT support roles.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a critical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for hardware and software.
- Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure.
- Support and maintain OT infrastructure assets.
- Manage service requests and incident tickets.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
