Join APM Terminals as an IT / OT Support Engineer and play a key role in ensuring the health and performance of our IT and OT infrastructure. You'll be the go-to expert for hands‑on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting across a dynamic terminal environment.
- Provide end‑user support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and Office applications.
- Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure: datacenter racks, cabling, network, and server equipment.
- Support IT / OT systems such as CCTV, biometric readers, OCR equipment, and Vehicle Mounted Terminals.
- Assist with incident resolution and change implementation within agreed SLAs.
- Contribute to IT projects: upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams for hands‑on support and knowledge sharing.
- Degree in IT Engineering or Telecommunications.
- Knowledge of VMWare, networking, and communications (CISCO certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (certification preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
