A leading IT services company in Spain is looking for a Desktop Engineer/Systems Engineer to provide technical support and ensure seamless operation of desktop systems. The ideal candidate should excel in problem-solving and communication, and have hands-on experience with Windows and Google Chrome OS. This role involves managing asset operations, troubleshooting issues, and tracking inventory. Join our innovative team to help organizations become more agile and successful.
Responsabilidades
- Manage lifecycle Owning SLA, KPI and drive IT Asset Operations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops.
- Conduct on-floor support to resolve reported issues.
- Plan and execute Asset verification and investigate discrepancies.
