A leading engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Hydro Structural Group in Winnipeg. KGS Group is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Hydro Structural Group with 10+ years of experience in the planning and design of water resource infrastructure, hydroelectric projects, and heavy civil construction. You will work with our well‑established multidisciplinary team across Canada and the USA.

In this role, you’ll work in a multidisciplinary team environment to prepare and review civil/structural engineering designs and related documents. The technical work includes feasibility studies, engineering designs, preparation of construction drawings and specifications, and carrying out structural inspections primarily for rehabilitation and upgrades to water‑retaining structures, hydroelectric facilities, and new hydroelectric developments in Canada and the USA.
You will work on assigned projects alongside Senior Engineers and Project Managers while collaborating with engineers and designers from various disciplines. You will help ensure projects are completed within allotted schedules and budgets and up to high‑quality standards.

This position is available inMississauga, Winnipeg, or Vancouver. Remote or flexible work arrangements may be considered depending on the candidate and project needs.
The expected salary range for candidates based in our Mississauga or Vancouver offices is $120,000 to $170,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
