WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead all new leasing activities for multi-family residential units throughout a designated region or portfolio as assigned by the Regional Vice President.
- Pre-qualify prospective residents to align with each buildings demographic profile.
- Organize and maintain a showing calendar to optimize the number of daily viewings.
- Conduct and document all showings in Yardi on the same day to which the showing takes place.
- Follow up on all completed showings and encourage/assist all applicants in submitting their application in a timely fashion.
- Complete all lease agreements and collect/upload any move-in required documents to ensure each new lease is fully compliant with company policy.
- Conduct move-in inspections with resident(s) and ensure all required documentation is uploaded to Yardi within 24 hours.
- Complete renewal activities by ensuring eligible residents receive renewal offers 90 days in advance, renewals are actively followed up on to ensure they are signed 30 days in advance of lease expiry, and that all renewal documentation is uploaded, revised, and accurate.
- Maintain inventory knowledge including availability of suite types, layouts, common areas and amenities of the buildings you are assigned.
- Other duties as required.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Preferably working towards the completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration, property management or commerce program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 1-2 years in a customer service and/or property management sales role.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and Yardi Rent Café software would be an asset.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
- A clean driver’s abstract.
- Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
