- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management within software development environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing software projects from inception to completion
- Proficiency in using project management software, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Trello
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Technical background in software development or engineering
- Working knowledge of Compliance and Operational Risk Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
