Tipalti is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our growing team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in leading, coaching, and scaling a team of 7 outbound SDRs, responsible for driving pipeline growth and uncovering opportunities for our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage, develop, and coach a team of 7 outbound Sales Development Representatives

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Tipalti’s product line and value proposition
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Tipalti’s sales process and product and service value propositions
  • Partner with the field sales force to implement sales and pipeline-building strategies across the entire team
  • Manage all applicable sales tools
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management team
  • Implementation of change management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders on related projects

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $102,000 CAD annually.
Commission:

This role includes the opportunity to earn commission pay. Commission entitlement is based on performance. Target commission is $40,000 CAD annually.

Expected Total Compensation: $130,000 - $142,000 CAD annually (includes base salary plus target bonus/commission).

Final compensation will be determined through individual assessment of experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-relevant factors.
