We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery, ensuring quality production, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand imperial fractions.

Duties:

• Operate machines and other manufacturing equipment to produce parts according to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure precision in machining processes.
• Assemble components and packages as per production requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Assist with shipping/receiving as needed.
• Safely assemble skids, crates and bundles for our products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment with 3 to 5 years experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is an advantage.
• Able to use hand tools and assemble parts.
• Fork-lift experience and certified.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• G Licence for local deliveries driving Sprinter vehicle; Clean driver's abstract.
