Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and packaging products in a warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role that requires the use of power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge.
Duties:
- Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
Skills:
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow in the warehouse
