As an Early Talent Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of elevating the new graduate experience, playing a key role in driving engagement and building community amongst our early talent programs. Your focus will be on designing and delivering programming to our Technology Associates (new grads) that accelerates technical expertise, career development, and future leadership potential. You’ll be empowered to push the limits of innovation to make progress for yourself, our students/new graduates, and our business across North America. Your scope will cover all aspects of the Technology New Grad Rotational Program (START) and new graduates in Canada and the United States (as well as the co-ops and interns that feed the program) and your objective is to lead the development of these new graduates so that they can become our leaders and technologist of tomorrow. This will include pieces like the orientation and onboarding experience for the Co-op/Intern and New Graduate program in both regions, as well as centralizing skills training, formalizing a mentorship program, and coordinating networking events that give students and new graduates exposure to cross-functional business units and the technology leadership team.

Salary range is expected to be between: $86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
