Who We're Looking For

We're building our creative roster and looking for a Graphic Designer with UI / UX chops to bring big ideas to life. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and love pushing creative boundaries, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

1. Design with impact - From immersive digital experiences to brand identities and marketing materials, your work will help businesses tell their most compelling stories.
2. Create across platforms - Branding, interactive media, social content, and beyond - you'll be shaping the full visual journey.
3. Collaborate & innovate - Work alongside our team of creatives and strategists to produce beautiful, functional, and strategic designs.
4. Map experiences - Develop wireframes, experience maps, and user flows that create seamless interactions.
5. Stay ahead of the curve - We're constantly evolving, and we want someone who's excited about exploring new tools, trends, and tech.

What You Bring to the Table

1. You dream big and design bold - but you also know when to refine and simplify.
2. You balance visual storytelling, brand identity, and user experience like a pro.
3. You've got a sharp eye for typography, composition, and digital design best practices.
4. You can juggle multiple projects while keeping your creativity (and deadlines) intact.
5. You're a team player who brings ideas to the table but can also take direction and run with it.

Technical Must-Haves

1. Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI / UX, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in graphic and digital design.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign).
4. Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS (bonus, but not required).
5. Understanding of accessibility best practices.
6. Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and Google Workspace is a plus.
7. Experience with video editing, motion graphics / animation, and multimedia content is a bonus.
