A Proudfoot Delivery Lead is an artist, a scientist, and a statesman. This role provides the opportunity to take your body of work in industry and/or consulting and apply it all to drive extraordinary results and outcomes. “Transformation through people” means working on engagements that change the trajectory of people’s lives, their work, and the results of their organization. The Delivery Lead role is a critical leadership role; directly engaging and leading client and engagement teams, coaching, developing, and mentoring the team members on those engagements to ensure our teams consistently deliver engagement goals and projected benefits. The Delivery Lead collaborates and works internally and externally with all stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and development of a trusted business advisor relationship with C-suite executives. The Delivery Lead supports the end-to-end client lifecycle from initial client engagement, through business review, crafting bespoke engagement approaches, implementing successful engagements, and ultimately generating results that create competitive advantage.
