What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Oversee various system projects and programs of a highly complex nature
2. Maintain the IT Audit Management process related to SOX, HiTrust, and other standards
3. Coordinate with IT auditors to collect and compile necessary evidence
4. Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of the audit process
5. Ensure the continuous improvement of consumer experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
2. More than 3 years of technical experience
3. More than 5 years of project management experience
4. Demonstrated experience in technical product selection, design, and implementation of IT solutions
5. Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Degree in Business Administration
2. Experience working in data warehouse, decision support, claims management, and reporting system environments
3. Knowledge of Oracle and IBM Relational Database Management Systems, and statistical software packages
4. Familiarity with development languages, tools, and utilities, including Cobol, CICS, DB, ASP, COM, .Net, QLik, and SQL
5. Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification
