Piper Creek Dental Choice is looking for a leader to join our team.

Our growing dental practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, drive team success, and create a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. This pivotal role combines expert management skills with comprehensive knowledge of dental administration.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the scheduling of patient appointments, coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and other staff members to optimize productivity and minimize wait times.
2. Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatments, and insurance information.
3. Handle billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely submission for reimbursement.
4. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity and improve patient satisfaction.
5. Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
6. Train and supervise front desk staff, dental assistants, and other office personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
7. Collaborate with dental providers to establish and achieve performance goals and objectives.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable dental regulations and standards.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of dental management/dental administrator experience.
2. Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
5. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in training and supporting staff members.
6. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all aspects.
7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
8. Familiarity with dental billing and coding procedures.
