A leading event venue is seeking an Event First Aid Dispatcher responsible for coordinating medical support during concerts and sporting events. This role is crucial for maintaining safety and wellness by processing requests and providing communication among various teams. Candidates need prior dispatch or emergency service experience and must hold First Aid/CPR certification. The ideal individual will be calm under pressure, have excellent communication skills, and be available for a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

BC Place is hiring Event First Aid Dispatchers to support frontline medical and first aid operations during concerts, sporting events, and special events. This role is essential to maintaining guest safety and wellness by coordinating timely responses to medical incidents, first aid requests, and emergency situations throughout the Stadium.
First Aid Dispatchers operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, providing accurate information processing, real-time coordination, and clear communication. Working closely with First Aid teams and other stadium operations groups, Dispatchers follow established procedures and protocols when managing routine, urgent, or escalated medical situations. Dedicated Dispatchers will be in place to support emergency and issue-related first aid responses across the Stadium.
Hourly Rate: $35.00
Union: BC Employees’ General Union (BCGEU)
