About the Role:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Recreation & Community Engagement, the Coordinator provides operational and administrative management to a select portfolio of Brock University’s sport clubs with the goal of providing a participation stream that competes at a level between intramural and varsity sport programming. Working with student leaders and coaches from sport clubs' programs, the Coordinator will develop policies and procedures to govern programs in a safe and sustainable manner. The incumbent will also be the administrative lead for student sport and recreation leadership groups including the Student Athlete Leadership Council with the intent to grow student athlete leadership in equity, diversity, and inclusion student groups.
