The role involves developing process artifacts, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and collaborating with UI/UX teams to ensure alignment between requirements and designs. Ideal candidates should have experience with customer-facing web applications, proficient in writing user stories, and be familiar with tools like Jira. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies is essential.
Create detailed user stories with:
Develop process artifacts including:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies:
Collaborate with UI/UX and design teams to ensure alignment between requirements and mockups.
Articulate functional and non-functional requirements clearly to Dev and QA teams.
Manage stakeholder expectations and control scope creep.
Conduct gap and data analysis (SQL / Power BI preferred) to support service improvements.
Troubleshoot production issues by engaging appropriate stakeholders and facilitating resolution.
Work with APIs and understand system integrations.
Support change management initiatives.
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity in BA deliverables.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and foster a collaborative working environment.
