The Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence & Analytics is the strategic business intelligence lead within the IG Wealth Management Reporting Hub, accountable for shaping the enterprise reporting and analytics landscape. This role drives the design, governance, and continuous improvement of reporting frameworks while championing data quality, integrity, and compliance across all analytical solutions.
As a Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence & Analytics, you will leverage advanced analytical methodologies, modern data platforms, and scalable automation to optimize reporting efficiency and enhance insight delivery. This role collaborates closely with senior business partners to translate strategic objectives into robust, data‑driven capabilities—ensuring that reporting solutions not only inform decision‑making but also accelerate operational effectiveness.
Operating as a trusted advisor, the Senior Specialist, Business Intelligence & Analytics provides thought leadership on analytics best practices, fosters adoption of self‑service BI, and delivers high‑value dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytical models that enable the organization to anticipate trends, measure performance, and act with confidence.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is ($65,500-91,000), which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short‑term incentive, health and well‑being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
