Performs cleaning and surface preparation activities, carries out industrial painting according to the painting plan. Performs visual inspection, layer and adhesion (when necessary).

1. Performs cleaning and surface preparation activities on pumps and parts.
2. Performs painting, considering the information on colors, number of layers, and micronization informed in the painting plan described in the list of materials that is “hanging” on the equipment.
3. Performs visual inspection and thickness measurement of 100% of the painted items and records them in the painting control spreadsheet.
4. Performs adhesion tests by sampling, with 1 test for every 10 pieces of equipment.
5. Issues painting reports when requested.
6. Performs and inspects the receipt of paints regarding their expiration date.
7. Performs movement of parts and/or equipment with a hydraulic pallet truck, overhead crane or electric hoist.

Painter Qualification, Industrial Painting, Knowledge of ET (Technical Specification) and PQ (Quality Procedure) related to painting activities, Operation of Overhead Crane and Electric Pallet Truck.
