Technical Leader Specialist

Responsibilities:

He/She will be the Technical Responsible for the customer projects in Brazil, mainly for Electrointensive segments (MMM, Energy & Chemicals, Power and Grid) as part of our Execution Center team.

Main role is to lead and supervise the execution of projects since the selling phase, developing the best solution until the end of execution phase, with full delivery of scope according to contractual terms, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Will coordinate the design, manufacturing, integration, tests and delivery phase.

He/She will manage schedule of technical scope, coordinate engineering resources functionally, ensuring solutions is delivered within budget.

Take care of all the multi technical aspects of the project (electrical, mechanical, automation, etc) and be the main responsible for the solution.

Will also be in charge to promote digital solutions and services for customers.

Requirements:

• Superior or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Automation Engineering or similar Engineering areas;
• Experience in Complex projects of Electrical Substations and its equipment ( Medium Voltage and Low Voltage switchboards, Drives, Transformers, UPS, Automation, etc) with tight delivery schedules.
• Able to work with strong pressure and interact with different organizational departments to ensure the project deliverables.
• Solid experience in technical areas.
• English (mandatory) and Spanish (desirable)
• Native Portuguese (mandatory)
• Available for travels in all South America
