YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

We're seeking an enthusiastic development expert who thrives on international projects and is eager to expand their expertise to join our growing team in São Leopoldo.

The Role:

1. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in pioneering the integration of modern AI capabilities, actively shaping the infusion of Generative AI features right from the beginning.
2. Take ownership of the entire development process, from designing and implementing user-friendly UIs to developing robust back-end functionalities and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP products.
3. Gain valuable insights into the inner workings of critical business processes while engaging directly with our large customer base.
4. Work alongside a talented team of professionals, transforming our clients' business processes and their operations.
5. Explore various areas and expand your technology and application knowledge, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, S/4HANA Cloud, and cloud engineering.
6. Work with local and international development teams, partners, and customers to promote seamless communication and foster a collaborative work environment.
7. Mentor and guide junior developers to foster their professional development and growth.

YOUR PROFILE

We are currently seeking a candidate who possesses the following skills:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer.
2. Graduate studies in the field of computer science or related areas. Bachelor’s or master’s degree is a plus.
3. Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proven experience in leading projects and parts of projects on own responsibility.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to quickly learn new areas of knowledge.
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds in an international environment.
9. Strong understanding of the whole software development life cycle and its methodologies.
10. Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues leveraging technical and product skills.
11. Knowledge of SAP solutions for Logistics processes (MM or SD), particularly in the context of Brazilian and/or LAC countries localization, is a plus.
12. Knowledge of ABAP development is a must and ABAP OO.
13. Proficiency in process and data modeling.
14. Familiarity with design patterns, Clean Code, CI/CD, Code review and TDD is desired.
15. Knowledge of software quality assurance and test methodologies, including unit testing and integration testing.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Professional experience in the Software Development industry. Previous experience with SCRUM and LEAN methodologies is highly valued.
