Technical Account Lead

We're looking for a talented Technical Account Lead who expects more from their career. It's a chance to work with our clients to implement our data platforms and software products. It's an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global retailers.

Joining our Technical Account Management team, you'll work with world-class and passionate people to support data exploration assessment and audit to fully understand client data and systems. You'll answer data-related inquiries from both internal and client stakeholders and use data knowledge to support and suggest the best options to outline data roadmaps. You'll also resolve any data issues with client data providers and support the Client Leadership teams to ensure our data solutions meet requirements.

What we expect from you

• Degree or equivalent in Information Systems or Computer Science or similar.
• English and Spanish advanced proficiency level.
• At least 5+ years of experience working, communicating and dealing with clients on a regular basis.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or Microsoft Azure implementations, Cluster frameworks and PaaS.
• Experience with open source distributed data platforms.
• Experience in Python and PySpark a plus.
• Working knowledge of modern and traditional data warehousing and data processing technologies.
• Experience with data engineering concepts and technologies.
• Ability to query and investigate data in any flavor of SQL.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
