Position: Operation Executive

Location: Dubai

Department: Corporate Services - Business Set-Up

Reports to: Team Leader

Manage visa, license activities, and client operations to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Drive team performance to maintain high service standards.

1. Coordinate with PROs, HR Executives, and messengers.
2. Ensure zero operational and compliance failures.
3. Handle escalations, meet SLAs, and drive high CSAT scores.
4. Streamline processes and innovate for operational efficiency.
5. Oversee document movement and supply chain of physical documents.
6. Maintain 100% compliance on document handling.
7. Collaborate with teams and vendors for smooth service delivery.
8. Manage client queries, visits, and governance meetings.
9. Prepare weekly/monthly reports.

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. 1-2 years of PRO services or HR ops experience (UAE preferred).
3. Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
4. IT proficient (MS Office).
5. Business Set-Up background is a must.
