Job Description
Experience: 2+ years' experience, preferably in a comparable setting in a manufacturing company.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the functioning of the Industrial & Storage facility.
- Establish plans and procedures in accordance with the department tasks.
- Plan & execute material management systems to meet production needs.
- Timely products concern and obtain from the Production department.
- Supply control and logistics arrangement for incoming and outgoing products.
- Proper keeping for raw and finished items.
- Records and maintains perpetual inventory of quantity and kind of materials and components received, stocked, and distributed.
- Launch corrective and preventative action.
- Coordinate with SOX/ISO auditors.
- Ensure proper identification on received products and monitor bar-coding.
- Maintain the yards neat and clean, ensuring physical wastes are removed.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials as per their datasheets and storage of finished products.
- Manage warehouse space efficiently based on industry best practices.
- Ensure that managed assets, tools & equipment, and consumables are effectively managed.
- Handle stock overseeing product invoices and transfers, performing and resolving physical inventories.
- Collaborate with the Customs department.
- Evaluate the materials issues, get and dispatch materials.
- Review the materials updating in Visual knowledgeables physical.
- Prepare the insurance policy for damaged or lost products.
- Provide final record about invoice & dispatch of products to the stock team & keep supply records updated.
Education: Any Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor's Level in Material Management or Supply Chain Management will be a benefit.
