Supply Manager Vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE

Job Description

Experience: 2+ years' experience, preferably in a comparable setting in a manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for the functioning of the Industrial & Storage facility.
2. Establish plans and procedures in accordance with the department tasks.
3. Plan & execute material management systems to meet production needs.
4. Timely products concern and obtain from the Production department.
5. Supply control and logistics arrangement for incoming and outgoing products.
6. Proper keeping for raw and finished items.
7. Records and maintains perpetual inventory of quantity and kind of materials and components received, stocked, and distributed.
8. Launch corrective and preventative action.
9. Coordinate with SOX/ISO auditors.
10. Ensure proper identification on received products and monitor bar-coding.
11. Maintain the yards neat and clean, ensuring physical wastes are removed.
12. Ensure proper storage of raw materials as per their datasheets and storage of finished products.
13. Manage warehouse space efficiently based on industry best practices.
14. Ensure that managed assets, tools & equipment, and consumables are effectively managed.
15. Handle stock overseeing product invoices and transfers, performing and resolving physical inventories.
16. Collaborate with the Customs department.
17. Evaluate the materials issues, get and dispatch materials.
18. Review the materials updating in Visual knowledgeables physical.
19. Prepare the insurance policy for damaged or lost products.
20. Provide final record about invoice & dispatch of products to the stock team & keep supply records updated.

Education: Any Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor's Level in Material Management or Supply Chain Management will be a benefit.
