Job summary
A healthcare services company in Dubai is seeking a CSSD Technician with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE healthcare sector. Candidates should have a diploma in Central Sterile Services and a thorough understanding of sterilization processes. The role involves maintenance of surgical instruments, operating sterilization equipment, and ensuring compliance with health standards. Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills are essential. This is a full-time position located on-site in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CSSD Technician in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Handle sterilization, cleaning, and maintenance of surgical instruments.
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Organize and manage instrument trays.
- Conduct regular inspections of instruments.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization procedures.
- Monitor and restock sterile supplies.
