Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a visual designer with a strong portfolio that showcases both 3D graphics and marketing design expertise. Background in financial technology or trading sectors is a major bonus.
• Proficient in 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya with a demonstrated ability to create and manage animations, models, and visually impactful 3D elements for marketing campaigns.
• Advanced understanding of core design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with optional knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Webflow, Spline).
• Extensive experience in developing sets for multichannel marketing including digital ads, social media content, emails, and landing pages. Demonstrated ability to translate high-level brand and marketing strategies into cohesive, impactful designs.
• A creative thinker with a proven track record of devising design solutions that meet both strategic goals and aesthetic standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex design concepts to both creative and non-creative teams.
