Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product & Visual Designer to shape both our product experience and brand identity. This role blends UI/UX product design with marketing and visual design, making sure every touchpoint—whether in the product or external communications—is visually compelling and user-friendly.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, marketers, and leadership to ensure ClearGrid looks and feels top-tier, from product screens to investor decks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product UX/UI Design: Own and refine the user experience across ClearGrid’s web and mobile interfaces.
2. Visual & Brand Design: Create marketing assets, landing pages, and investor materials to maintain brand consistency.
3. Wireframing & Prototyping: Rapidly sketch, wireframe, and prototype ideas for new product features.
4. User Research & Testing: Work with data and feedback to refine user flows and optimize experiences.
5. Collaboration: Partner with engineers to ensure designs are well-implemented and responsive.
6. Design Systems: Establish and maintain design guidelines and reusable components.

What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or visual design.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing digital products and marketing assets.
3. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
4. Ability to work fast, iterate, and handle a mix of product and brand design needs.
5. Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, or AI-driven products.
