IT People Gulf is seeking a talented UI Designer to craft high‑quality, user‑friendly interfaces for modern web and mobile products. This role is essential in shaping intuitive, visually consistent digital experiences that align with user needs and organizational goals.

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing clean, elegant, and production‑ready user interfaces across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts and requirements into visually compelling layouts. You will work with design systems, apply pixel‑perfect precision, and ensure responsiveness and accessibility across screens. The ideal candidate brings a strong visual design foundation, hands‑on experience with tools like Figma, and a portfolio that shows polished digital work for real‑world products. You will also support smooth developer handoff and maintain consistent interface standards.

• Design high‑quality UI for web and mobile applications using modern design tools
• Create layouts, grids, visual hierarchies, and typography systems that enhance usability
• Develop interface components aligned with atomic design and design system principles
• Collaborate with UX, product, and development teams for seamless project delivery
• Prepare production‑ready design files and support developer handoffs using Figma Inspect or Zeplin
• Apply responsive design best practices and ensure UI consistency across devices
• Incorporate WCAG accessibility standards into interface designs
• Maintain design documentation, components, and visual guidelines

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in UI design for web and mobile products
• Strong portfolio showcasing production‑grade interfaces and visual design quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, or similar field
• Proficiency with Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong grasp of grids, layout systems, typography, spacing, and color theory
• Understanding of design systems and atomic design methodologies
• Familiarity with Zeplin, Figma Inspect, or equivalent tools for handoff
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency

• Experience designing for public sector or enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with UX research practices or prototyping workflows
• Motion graphics or micro‑interaction design exposure
• Knowledge of Arabic language
