/ Experience Designer you will play a critical role on our digital design team to create exceptional design aesthetics and impactful visual experiences for our clients. You will apply your UI expertise to shape an attractive, intuitive, and responsive experience that meets and exceeds the goals of our clients. You will work collaboratively with our internal teams to execute digital campaigns across our clients' website while providing constructive direction. • Execute flawless design of beautiful, crafted, and responsive websites, apps, and digital experiences.
• Deliver compelling and striking conceptual design directions and explorations.
• Work within a Design Studio approach collaborating with internal partners such as UX designers, writers, engagement leads, project managers, strategists, developers, and leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs, collaborating effectively, providing thoughtful recommendations, and executing flawlessly.
• Pivot effortlessly as needed based on evolving requirements, timelines, and feedback.
• Learn about client and audience needs and contribute to the creative and design process through participation in client meetings.
• Present your work to clients and convert feedback into design direction to make further improvements.

• A great portfolio of UI design examples that showcase your ability to bring brands to life through meticulously designed digital platforms and experiences.
• 3 years of experience as a UI professional skilled in responsive interface design.
• Experience leading UI design across multiple platforms.
• Proven experience owning projects from start to finish.
• Ability to lead working sessions with team members and present to clients.
• Experience designing complex multivariant web-based applications.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of best practices for UI and interaction design for responsive experiences.
• Experience working with established design systems as well as understanding how to build new ones from scratch.
• An understanding of accessibility design issues.
• A good understanding of UX best practices.
• A passion for UI Design as a discipline and a desire to see it thrive across the business.

• Experience with designing for content management systems (Sitecore, Acquia).
• Agile process experience.
• Mobile app design experience.
• Motion Design experience.
• Experience in brand campaign creative.
