We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management, specifically within the aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare industry. They will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engaging with our target audience, and driving patient inquiries through strategic social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Creation

1. Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with the clinic’s brand and goals.
2. Create high-quality, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing content, including photos, videos, reels, and graphics showcasing treatments, patient transformations, and clinic updates.
3. Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
4. Work closely with doctors, aestheticians, and influencers to highlight treatments and educate the audience.

Social Media Management & Growth

1. Manage and grow the clinic’s social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
2. Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates to keep the brand relevant.
3. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with potential clients.
4. Optimize hashtags, captions, and posting schedules for maximum reach and engagement.

Advertising & Lead Generation

1. Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive appointment bookings and lead generation.
2. Track and analyze ad performance, making data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for new treatments and special offers.

Influencer & Brand Collaborations

1. Identify and collaborate with local influencers, beauty bloggers, and celebrities to enhance brand visibility.
2. Negotiate partnerships and monitor influencer campaigns for effectiveness.

Analytics & Reporting

1. Track key social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) and provide monthly performance reports.
2. Analyze trends and customer insights to refine content and strategy for better results.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator within the aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare industry (preferred).
2. Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Snapchat marketing strategies.
3. Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
4. Skilled in content creation, video editing, and graphic design (using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
5. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
6. Ability to stay ahead of trends and creatively market aesthetic treatments.
7. Experience working with influencers and managing brand partnerships.
