The Social Media Manager

will plan, create, publish, and manage highly effective social media content, driving audience growth, engagement, and performance in support of overall objectives of Henley & Partners’ international membership network Civis Mundi, while also contributing to and leading other initiatives across the Group.

Main responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Henley & Partners Group and department goals; Create, optimize, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms;
  • Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day account activity;
  • Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and manage community feedback;
  • Track performance metrics and prepare performance reports;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging;
  • Maintain secure access and management of social media accounts;
  • Identify and evaluate new platforms and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent;
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Proven experience in social media management of at least 3 years;
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platform;
  • Content creation and copywriting skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills - English advance level is mandatory;
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools;Strong design and digital marketing knowledge.
Conditions of employment
  • Competitive base salary;
  • Full-time employment with probation period of 6 months;
  • Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day;
  • 25 days of annual leave;
  • Employment visa.
