• Oversee and interpret laboratory test results, including blood, urine, and tissue analyses
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
• Provide consultative services to medical staff on test selection, interpretation, and clinical relevance
• Participate in quality assurance and laboratory accreditation processes to maintain high standards of practice
• Stay updated with advancements in clinical pathology and implement new testing technologies as appropriate

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in Clinical Pathology
• Board certification in Clinical Pathology
• Valid medical license to practice in the Gulf region
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting with a strong background in laboratory diagnostics
• Solid knowledge of laboratory operations, quality control, and clinical test interpretation
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment
