Renoworks Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based renovation company delivering high-quality residential and light commercial refurbishment projects. Our work includes villas, apartments, offices, and fit-outs, with a strong focus on compliance, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Project Site Manager to lead on‑site operations and ensure all renovation works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Dubai regulations.

The Project Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of renovation sites across Dubai. This role is hands‑on and site‑based, overseeing subcontractors, coordinating works, managing schedules, and ensuring all activities comply with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defence, and other relevant authority requirements. The Site Manager acts as the key on‑site point of contact for internal teams, inspectors, and clients.

• Manage daily on-site operations for residential and commercial renovation projects
• Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring correct sequencing and quality of works
• Ensure all renovation activities comply with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defence, DEWA, and relevant community authority regulations
• Coordinate inspections, authority approvals, and snag clearances
• Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals prior to execution
• Monitor project timelines and report progress, delays, and risks to management
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with UAE regulations
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure works meet approved drawings and specifications
• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and access requirements
• Resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays or non‑compliance
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, permits, and inspection logs
• Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, inspectors, and building management
• Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and professional at all times

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Site Manager or similar role within renovation or fit‑out projects in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of renovation processes, finishes, and refurbishment sequencing
• Proven experience dealing with Dubai authorities and approval processes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
• Solid understanding of UAE health and safety regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organisational skills
• Competent with site reporting tools, email, and mobile construction apps
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred

• Experience with villa, apartment, or office renovations in Dubai
• Experience working in master communities (Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Holding, etc.)
