Job Description: Five Twenty Five Models and Talent is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai! As a fast-growing modeling and talent agency, we need an experienced professional to oversee our financial operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the agency’s financial transactions, reporting, and compliance. You’ll work closely with our team to support the business with accurate financial insights and maintain strong financial health.

1. Oversee day-to-day accounting, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and payroll
2. Prepare financial statements and reports in line with UAE regulations
3. Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws (VAT, corporate tax, etc.)
4. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
5. Work with internal teams and external auditors to maintain financial accuracy

1. Several years of proven experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a service-based industry
2. Excellent English skills (written and spoken) for clear communication
3. Strong knowledge of accounting software and UAE financial regulations
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
5. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is a plus)
