Accountant

Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles, who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced consultancy environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.
2. Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
3. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
5. Monitor company expenditures and budget adherence.
6. Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed during audits or inspections.
7. Maintain confidentiality of financial data and client records.
8. Provide support in financial forecasting, cash flow management, and other strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within a consultancy or financial services firm.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and UAE VAT laws.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
7. Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
