Job summary
A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is seeking a Reservations Agent to support the Reservations Supervisor and ensure high accuracy in guest reservations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with hotel operations technology and possess an understanding of market dynamics. Responsibilities include maintaining reservations operations, monitoring daily arrivals, and assisting in up-selling. This is a full-time role that offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Experience with PMS & RMS systems.
- Ability to monitor daily arrivals and guest requests.
- Experience in up-selling and managing inventory.
Responsibilities
- Support the Reservations Supervisor.
- Maintain accuracy in guest reservations.
- Assist in improving reservations operations.
